Sigma Gamma Epsilon is an honors society that is devoted to the promotion of earth science education. Here, at the University of Pittsburgh, the Beta Chapter of SGE will enhance studies in geology, environmental science and anthropology by providing students with the opportunity to actively participate in earth studies related activities. This includes benefits such as field trips, guest speakers, discounted supplies and forums for presenting student projects, reports and theses.
